Jamie — You are absolutely right. Obe­sity is an epi­demic but it isn’t because peo­ple are lazy. Peo­ple are over­weight because they are eat­ing corn and soy in var­i­ous things that they don’t even know are made of corn and soy. They are over­weight because they are drink­ing milk from cnurs­ing ows and eat­ing the un-digestible seeds from wheat and rice.

It is great that you exer­cise but that is not required to be fit. Eat­ing prop­erly is. That is the bot­tom line rea­son why peo­ple are over­weight> Whether it is finan­cialy dri­ven or by choice, it is the type of food they are eat­ing mak­ing them over­weight. Lazy has very lit­tle to do with it.
